Chad president concludes diplomatic visit to UAE
Chad’s President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno has returned to N’Djamena following an official trip to the United Arab Emirates, where he held high-level discussions with UAE leadership.
The President of Chad, Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, arrived back in N’Djamena late this evening after wrapping up a significant diplomatic mission to the United Arab Emirates.
During his official visit, the Chadian leader engaged in two separate meetings with the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The first discussion took place at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi, while the second was held at the Chadian President’s residence.
Upon his return, the Head of State was greeted at N’Djamena International Airport by a high-powered delegation. The welcoming committee included the Prime Minister, Ambassador Allah-Maye Halina, along with the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces. Key government figures also attended, such as the Minister of State and Secretary-General of the Presidency, the Personal Military Chief of Staff, the Deputy Civil Cabinet Director, the Deputy Special Secretary, and the Mayor of N’Djamena.
