The evening was co-hosted by Ms. Boutaina Bouabid, Morocco’s Consul General in Düsseldorf, and Mr. Ismail Lamghari, Secretary-General of the Département des Marocains résidant à l’étranger (MRE). The gala highlighted the strategic partnership between Rabat and Berlin, with particular emphasis on the pivotal role of the Moroccan community in Germany as a bridge between both nations.
