OL-Auxerre Match to be Decided by UEFA Champions League Outcome
The Olympique Lyonnais (OL) will face AJ Auxerre, with the match date set to be determined by the outcome of Lyon’s UEFA Champions League qualification.
- If Lyon qualifies for play-offs, the match will take place on September 4th at 19:00.
- If Lyon is eliminated from the third qualifying round, the match will occur on September 5th at 20:45.
The fixture will be displayed on Ligue 1+.
A reminder that OL initially sought to postpone its first League 1 match to prepare for a potential UEFA Champions League playoff scheduled in late August. The request was denied by the LFP.
