During a recent appearance on Gabon Première‘s regular “100-day review” segment, Paul Kessany, the Minister of Youth, Sports, Cultural Radiance and Arts, delivered a transparent account of his department’s progress. Appointed in early 2026, he presented impressive results: 62.3% of 53 flagship projects have been fully completed, while an additional 24.5% have achieved over 50% execution rates.
