The Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Frank Garcia, held a high-level meeting with Chad’s Ambassador to the United States, Mahamat Tahir Orozi, at the State Department in Washington, D.C. The discussions took place as the US gears up to celebrate Independence Day and mark the 66th anniversary of diplomatic relations with Chad in August.
