Morocco is ramping up efforts to secure the necessary funding for the African Atlantic Gas Pipeline (GAA), a major infrastructure project developed in collaboration with Nigeria. The North African nation is actively pursuing a $26 billion financing package from the U.S. Export-Import Bank and the World Bank, as confirmed by Morocco’s ambassador to the United States, Youssef Amrani.
