Morocco-France Summit: French PM Lecornu to Meet Moroccan Counterpart on July 15

The Prime Minister of France, Sébastien Lecornu, is expected to visit Rabat on July 15 for his first official visit to Morocco. He will co-chair, the next day, with the Moroccan Prime Minister, Aziz Akhannouch, the Mixed High-Level Commission between Morocco and France, focused on strengthening bilateral partnerships, particularly in energy, defense, and economic cooperation.

• This high-level meeting will be the most significant since the arrival of the new French Ambassador to Morocco, Philippe Lalliot.
• During his visit, Lecornu is expected to engage in discussions with his Moroccan counterpart on various issues of mutual interest.
