Bénin and Mali forge stronger diplomatic ties in Cotonou

During the official ceremonies marking his inauguration, His Excellency Romuald Wadagni, the newly invested President of the Republic of Bénin, held a significant audience with Mali’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdoulaye Diop.
