Gabon has elevated its diplomatic engagement with India by appointing Aurélien Mintsa Mi-Nguema as its new ambassador to the Republic of India. Following his appointment by the Council of Ministers on February 26, 2026, Mi-Nguema presented his credentials to Indian President Droupadi Murmu on July 6, marking the beginning of a pivotal chapter in bilateral relations between Libreville and New Delhi.
