Cameroon secures $23.5 million for enhanced epidemic prevention
Cameroon has initiated its participation in the Pandemic Fund, an international program designed to significantly improve the nation’s capacity for epidemic prevention and management. This initiative, backed by a substantial $23.5 million in funding, aims to bolster laboratory infrastructure, enhance epidemiological surveillance systems, and provide crucial training for health personnel across the country.
