The Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Residing Abroad, Nasser Bourita, held a significant meeting in Rabat on Wednesday with Crispin Mbadu Phanzu, the Deputy Minister in charge of Francophonie and Congolese Abroad from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The encounter was dedicated to the exchange of a special message from President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo addressed to His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Following the discussion, Crispin Mbadu Phanzu shared his perspective with the press, emphasizing the exceptional bilateral cooperation between Morocco and the DRC. These two nations share deep historical ties, and the Congolese envoy highlighted that his mission in Morocco is centered on advancing his country’s bid for the Secretary-General position at the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF).
