Following an intensive preparatory training camp held in Casablanca from May 4th to 10th, the Mali U17 national football squad has successfully reached Rabat this Sunday. They are now poised to compete in the final phase of the highly anticipated CAN U17 Maroc 2026 tournament.
Upon their arrival in the Moroccan capital, the Malian delegation, affectionately known as the Aiglonnets (Eaglets), swiftly established their base at a local hotel. Shortly thereafter, team representatives participated in an official welcome meeting with Confederation of African Football (CAF) officials. This crucial gathering, orchestrated by African football’s governing body, served to outline the competition’s regulations and provide other vital guidance for all participating teams.
