Bradley Barcola is living his second major competition with the French team after Euro 2024. Since then, he has continued to progress in the PSG in a starting role as a titular player, sharing playing time with Désiré Doué and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Like last spring, Barcola was not included in Luis Enrique’s starting lineup against Arsenal on May 30th in the Ligue des champions final (1-1 then 4-3 on penalty kicks).
Barcola is focused on the Coupe du monde, and his future with the PSG is uncertain. Liverpool was interested in recruiting him before the end of the summer transfer window, but that has been put on hold until after the World Cup.
