Yaoundé launches major water network upgrade project

Yaoundé has taken a decisive step toward enhancing its drinking water supply with the launch of a comprehensive network reconfiguration project. The groundbreaking ceremony for this initiative took place Thursday morning at Minkoameyos, marking the beginning of a transformative effort to improve water access across the capital and its surrounding areas.

The ambitious project aims to strengthen the drinking water distribution system in Yaoundé and neighboring municipalities including Soa, Akak, Mfou, Bikok, and Mbankomo.
