Salah’s potential arrival has eclipsed even past legends. Besiktas has already made one high-profile acquisition this summer, signing Belgian winger Leandro Trossard from Arsenal for €18 million. The 31-year-old’s arrival drew 20,000 fans to his presentation, where chants of “Salah! Salah!” echoed through the stadium.
