Responding directly to a Parisian supporter on X who urged him to finalize a transfer for the Atlético de Madrid forward, the Portuguese executive did not dismiss the idea, but instead laid out specific requirements for any potential new signing.
While generally maintaining a low profile on social media, Luis Campos made an exception to engage with a PSG fan who implored him to “call Alvarez to close the deal.” The Parisian sporting director’s public reply not only acknowledged the possibility of bringing in the Atlético de Madrid striker but, more significantly, detailed the essential qualities and commitments a player must possess to earn a spot at PSG.
